1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Nairobibet.co.ke (the "Site") and any paid service offered through it (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or the Service.

2. Who we are

Nairobibet.co.ke is a Nairobi-based independent statistical analysis service that publishes and sells football jackpot predictions for the Kenyan market. We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling platform. We do not accept bets, hold stakes, or pay out winnings. All betting activity is conducted directly by you on third-party platforms such as SportPesa or Betika.

3. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase our Service. By purchasing or using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we reasonably believe you are under 18, we may cancel your order and refuse further service. Kenyan gambling laws apply — betting involves risk, and we encourage responsible play at all times.

4. The service we provide

We provide statistical analysis and predicted outcomes for jackpot games featured on third-party platforms. Our predictions are delivered to you by SMS after a successful M-Pesa payment of KSh 99 per jackpot period.

What we do not provide:

• Bet placement or account management on any betting platform.
• Guaranteed winning predictions (see Section 5).
• Refunds or compensation for losses on any betting platform.
• Financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice of any kind.

5. No guarantee of winning

All predictions are opinions based on statistical modelling, public data, and expert analysis. Jackpot games are deliberately selected to be unpredictable. No prediction service — including ours — can guarantee a winning outcome.

6. Pricing and payment

• Price: KSh 99 per jackpot period. This is a one-time payment — it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
• Payment methods: M-Pesa STK Push via our checkout form, or M-Pesa Paybill 553 491 (Account: Jackpot) as a fallback.
• Currency: Kenyan Shillings (KSh).
• Coverage: One payment covers the predictions for one jackpot period on one platform. A different jackpot, or a later jackpot period, requires a new payment.
• Prices may change in the future. Any change will be reflected on the Site before you pay.

7. Refunds

Because the Service delivers a digital product (an SMS containing predictions) immediately upon payment, and because the underlying product cannot be "returned", refunds are limited to the following cases:

• You were charged but did not receive the SMS within 30 minutes and our support team is unable to resend it.
• You were charged more than once for the same jackpot period due to a technical error on our side.
• You were charged for a jackpot period that had already been published and the SMS could not be delivered before kick-off.

To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp at +254 718 981 122 with your M-Pesa transaction code within 48 hours of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the same M-Pesa number used for payment.

Refunds are not available if you placed a bet and it lost, or if you simply changed your mind after receiving the SMS.

8. SMS delivery

Predictions are sent automatically to the phone number used for M-Pesa payment. You are responsible for providing a valid Safaricom number in the format 254[17]XXXXXXXX. If the number is wrong, the SMS may not reach you.

Delivery is usually within 5–60 seconds of confirmed payment, but mobile-network delays, SMS gateway issues, or handset problems can extend this. If you do not receive your SMS within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your M-Pesa transaction code.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or share our predictions without prior written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including any purpose that violates Kenyan gambling or financial regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Site or its payment/analysis systems.
• Impersonate Nairobibet.co.ke, its staff, or other users.
• Submit false payment information, use another person's phone number without their consent, or otherwise abuse the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension of access, cancellation of pending orders, and — where necessary — referral to the relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, predictions, methodology descriptions, layout, graphics, and the "Nairobibet" and "NB" marks — is owned by or licensed to Nairobibet.co.ke and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

11. Third-party platforms

The Site refers to third-party betting platforms (such as SportPesa and Betika) and to third-party payment providers (Safaricom M-Pesa). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability, rules, terms, or payouts. Your use of any third-party platform is governed solely by that platform's own terms and conditions. Any dispute arising from a betting platform must be resolved directly with that platform.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost winnings, or lost opportunities.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim (i.e. up to KSh 99).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Kenyan law.

13. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your payment and deliver your SMS: your M-Pesa phone number, payment confirmation details, and basic site analytics. We do not sell your personal data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, pricing, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site or Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
